“The Classic” Granola

“The Classic” granola. A staple at our house. We love to top our yogurt with it for breakfast or a handful as a snack on the trail. I avoid any inflammatory oils (even most healthy ones from the store have them), so coconut or olive oils are my preference, along with zero refined sugar. Maple syrup or honey, depending on the recipe, is always used for the granola base.
